Flowers are fresh, perishable products. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual bouquets may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery fee is 10 GEL.
  • Delivery is FREE for orders totaling over 200 GEL.
  • Third-Party Delivery: Delivery services are performed by independent, third-party courier companies. While we hand over products in perfect condition, we do not assume liability or responsibility for delays, damages, or mishandling caused by the third-party delivery service.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we generally do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order is processed.

  • Exception: Customers may appeal for a return or replacement only if the order delivered was incorrect (e.g., completely wrong bouquet layout or items). To appeal, you must contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic proof at info@taiguli.shop

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
